History
The Mu Chapter of Sigma Sigma Sigma was established in Kirksville, Missouri in 1915 on the campus of Northeast Missouri State University, now called Truman State University.  Over the past 92 years, the Mu Chapter has welcomed hundreds of women into our sisterhood.  Hard work and dedication to Sigma Sigma Sigma and the Kirksville community has given the Mu Chapter numerous honors.  In 2001, the Mu Chapter of Tri Sigma was given the Chapter of the Triennium Award by the Sigma Sigma Sigma organization.
